Find an item you would like to buy
- Browse through the categories of items that are available in
the webstore. Select the item you are interested in if you want
to see more in dept information.

- Updating your shopping cart – you can
remove an item or empty your shopping cart at any time by clicking
the "delete" button. You can also change the quantity
by typing in the quantity you would like and then clicking the
"Recalculate Total" button.

Continue shopping or Checkout
- Continue shopping – to keep shopping click the "Continue
Shopping" button.
- Checkout – When you have completed shopping click the "checkout"
button.

Follow the directions to enter the required
information on the page
- Enter your billing address
- Choose a shipping destination. If the shipping address differs
from your billing address, you need to enter it in the appropriate
boxes.
- Accept Partial Payment or Only Ship Complete - If an item that
you ordered is not available we will either hold your entire shipment
until it can be fulfilled entirely (Only ship complete) or we
can ship what is available now, and what is not available later
(accept partial payment).
- Add any additional comments or instructions
- When done click the "Now lets proof read what you entered"

- If you discover any changes that need to be made click "edit"
and make the necessary changes. If you feel everything is correct,
select "pay with a credit card"

Shipping status
- Orders will generally ship within 24 to 48 hours Monday through
Friday. To get an idea of how long it will take for your package

If you are having trouble placing your order over the internet, PDA Webstores
makes it easy to place your order over the phone.
- Select your items from the webstore - Write down the name of
the store you want to buy from, the item description, and the item number.
Know what sizes and/or colors you would like.

of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.
- Pay for your order - We will accept Visa, MasterCard, or American
Express.
International Ordering
We are pleased to offer our online shopping services to everyone around
the world.
- Placing an order form outside the U.S.- The online procedures
are no different than stated above.
- Shipping - We offer shipping to international locations, please
contact us for pricing.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes - International orders are subject
to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for paying applicable
duties, taxes and other fees. Please contact you local customs office
for more information.
Method of payment
- MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are the available methods of
payment for personal orders. Cash and checks will not be accepted. For
larger quantity or group orders please call for additional payment options.
Order Notification
- Customers receive an E-Mail order acknowledgement, and can expect
their order to be shipped the next day. If there are any problems with
your order you will receive an email notification explaining the problem.
Backorder notification
- If the product is unavailable for any reason an email notification
will be sent explaining the reason for the delay. If the item is no
longer available you may have the option of selecting another item,
or receiving a refund.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason,
return the merchandise within 30 days for an exchange or full refund.
Sales Tax
- We are based out of Indiana and are required to charge state and local
sales tax on orders shipped to addresses that are within the state.
We will not charge sales tax to customers outside Indiana, these customers
are responsible for following the rules of their own state.

a guarantee that an item will fit. Please use your best judgment when
